The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Huntington, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and Marshall University. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped but could use some minor updates. The service was friendly and accommodating, despite some delays in responses. The dining options, although good, may come at an additional cost. Overall, a nice stay with good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and dark at night, although not as quiet as I'd expect from a Hilton property. The fan with a 'all the time' button provided a nice background white noise, which I really enjoyed.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were extremely nice and fit our needs perfectly, offering a modern and comfortable space with stunning views of either the Ohio River or downtown and the residential hills. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Huntington with convenient amenities. The dining experience was substantial, and overall, the hotel provided excellent value for money.
